Fromley is a residential development company that develops for-sale townhomes, single-family, and multi-family communities. Fromley was established in 2017. It started primarily as a land development company, but over the last couple of years, the business has also begun building homes. 

CEO Mark Russell says a focus for Fromley is to bring new homes to the market for lower than the median home price in Boise. 

“Going vertical,” or building townhomes, has worked in Fromley’s favor, as it comes in as the second fastest-growing company in Idaho on the Peak 43 list. The key to the recent growth is staying focused and flexible.
