Frightful Weather, Fabulous Weekend: Explore Science and Community in Anchorage! | Homepage [Video]

While the weather outside is frightful, there are still plenty of things to do this weekend, from gathering the anchorage ton to getting lost in the world of science; there is something for everyone this weekend, starting with UAA STEM Day.

“Everything from highlighting microbes to rocks to space to engineering,” said Brandon Briggs, a Professor of Microbiology at the University of Alaska Anchorage.

Join the faculty and staff of UAA for its ninth annual STEM Day on Saturday, November 2, from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. at the ConocoPhillips Integrated Science Building on the UAA campus.
