Freedom Fighters Inc. hosting Silent Remembrance [Video]

PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) – Freedom Fighters Inc. are holding small video sessions called Silent Remembrance as the goal for the project to remember those who’ve lost their lives to drug addiction.

Ellisha Seabolt, the owner of Freedom Fighters Inc., said the project will end with a video with all the people and photos taken at these events.

“The video is to show how the Parkersburg community has been impacted,” Seabolt said. “Addiction doesn’t just affect the person that’s actually using. Addiction effects everybody.”

Seabolt added that this project help those to remember those lost their lives to drug addiction, but to shed light to those in recovery or look for recovery.

“Most people that Freedom Fighters Inc. Affiliates with is either in recovery or trying to find recovery,” Seabolt added. “it’s definitely in memory, but to shed light that recovery is possible.”
