FRANKLIN COUNTY, Mo. — Franklin County business owner Daniel Harrison, 40, is facing charges for allegedly defrauding customers, according to a press release sent to 5 On Your Side Wednesday by Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey’s office

The Circuit Court of Franklin County said that Harrison is facing multiple felonies. The charges include three counts of financial exploitation of an older person and three counts of deceptive business practices for defrauding consumers and financially exploiting residents of Franklin County, according to the press release.

The charges allege Harrison’s business, Extreme Lawn and Landscape, promised home and business renovations for customers in exchange for upfront payments between February 11, 2022, and August 28, 2022. Once Harrison was paid, the press release said he abandoned the project after performing negligible work, without completing any work, or delivering any materials.
