LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — The KFC Yum! Center is partnering with a former University of Louisville men’s basketball star for bourbon.
Russ Smith, who won the 2013 national championship as a junior at Louisville, founded Mr. & Mrs. Bourbon Company. The bourbon will now be featured at the arena’s main concourse and include exclusive tasting events, signature cocktails and branded promotions.
“This partnership is a fantastic way to celebrate our shared commitment to excellence and community,” Smith said in a news release Monday. “I look forward to seeing fans enjoy our bourbon in such a vibrant and dynamic setting.”
According to a news release, there will be a Mr. & Mrs. Bourbon Company Bar inside the Yum! Center. Attendees can select bourbons throughout the year. There will also be signature cocktails at bars and concession stands crafted by Mr. & Mrs. Bourbon and tasting events at the arena.
