Colleagues were welcomed to their new workplace today, as the 26,000 sq ft Clifton Place opened its doors for the first time.
It’s a far cry from Nottingham Community Housing Association’s (NCHA) origins in the heart of the city, and the first time in its 51-year history that they’ve enjoyed a purpose-built office.
The new space brings together an open-plan office, complete with a 24-hour call centre, training facility, and depot for their repairs and maintenance teams.
It forms part of a wider development that sees the workplace sit alongside supported housing accommodation and 56 flats and bungalows offering independent living for older people. The entire development, designed by Pelham and built by GEDA Construction, is due for completion in early 2025.
