OVERNIGHT – MONDAY:Sunday has brought a true autumn feel to the region. Northerly winds with gusts of 30+ miles per hour behind a cold front which moved through the region along with afternoon temperatures ranging from the upper 40s to middle 50s has given us the coolest afternoon we’ve seen this season. Our mix of clouds and sun will continue into the evening hours with an increase in clouds from north to south expected for the overnight hours. The National Weather Service has issued a Freeze Warning from Monday 1am – 9am for most of the region as temperatures are expected to drop as low as 30 degrees. A First Alert Weather Morning on Monday due to this potential for our first widespread freeze of the season.
