PHOENIX, Ore. — In early November, Firebrand Resiliency Collective held its inaugural Assessing Structures in Wildfire-Prone Areas training, a key event in the organization’s ongoing effort to prepare local communities for the growing threat of wildfires.

The training, which brought together fire professionals, community members, and experts from various fields, marked an important step toward launching a regional home risk assessment corps aimed at helping homeowners reduce wildfire risks.

The training session was a success, drawing a large group of participants who will play a vital role in improving wildfire resilience across the region.
