Fire crews battle early-morning blaze in York County [Video]

YORK COUNTY, Pa. — One home is almost a “complete loss” after an early morning fire in York County. 

Fire personnel and first responders began battling a house fire along the 1100 block of Felton Road in Windsor Township just after 4:30 a.m. 

According to Fire Chief Scott Gingrich with Alliance Fire and Rescue, the house is “almost” a complete loss inside. There were no reported injuries and a family of five was able to escape the blaze. 

The cause of the fire is under investigation. 

The Red Cross has reportedly been contacted to assist the displaced residents.
