FEI appoints Paula Kennedy Garcia as new CEO [Video]

Forward Emphasis International (FEI), a provider of BPO and complex CX services in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, has announced the appointment of Paula Kennedy Garcia as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Kennedy Garcia has previously worked with IntouchCX, Concentrix, Sitel Group and Teletech, having earned marketing and modern languages qualifications from Universidad de Malaga and Queen’s University Belfast, respectively.
