HOWARD COUNTY, Texas — On July 25, at 9:22 PM, a fatal collision occurred on US 87 near Mile Marker 374 in Howard County, according to a press release from the Texas Department of Public Safety. The document further outlined that the incident involved a 2015 Ram 3500 and a 2018 Jeep.
Jason Earnest Key, 41, of Big Spring was the driver of the Ram 3500 and was not injured.
The driver of the Jeep, Jose Gonzales, 64, of Ackerley, TX, was pronounced dead at the scene.
