Family pleads for SC Broadway dancers safe return as search continues [Video]

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – The search continues for a former Broadway dancer reported missing two weeks ago.

The family of Zelig Williams, 28, and the Richland County Sheriff’s Department (RCSD) hosted a press conference on Wednesday, encouraging the public to share any tips that could lead to finding him.

Williams was reported missing and was last seen leaving his home on Longwood Road on Oct. 3.

According to a press release, a family member said a friend of Williams’ received an SOS alert from his phone that morning. The SOS alert was about Williams’ phone being in a crash.

His car was found a day later at the Palmetto Trail Head parking lot. His car had no evidence of being involved in a crash and Williams’ belongings were found in the vehicle.
