Family of woman murdered in Midland speaks out [Video]

MIDLAND, Texas — It’s been four months since Kendra Nicole Vollmers of Midland was allegedly murdered inside her own home in Midland.  The murder suspect, 54 year-old Wilburt Ray Davis, has been on the run since May 21. 

According to a press release from the City of Midland, 34-year-old Kendra Vollmers was discovered dead inside her home by family members. 

“I found her […] I was walking home from school and I unlocked the door and she wasn’t there…” said Kureesa White, Vollmers’ teenage daughter. “When I tried to call her I heard the dogs running around the house…So I went into the room where the dogs were and I saw her and then I called 911.”
