A call for help Sunday night, from the family of a baby girl found unresponsive at the Oso Bay Apartments on Friday night.
3NEWS was told that she did die at a local hospital.
Yaritz Castro was only 4-months-old.
So far, in this case police have charged the child’s father 31-year-old Juan Castro with injury to a child causing serious bodily injury and abandoning and endangering a child.
A family now left to bury their baby girl.

We’re told they will be working toward raising funds to navigate this difficult time and for services.
