Who else, supposedly focused on extremism, wants police to waste more time probing “non-crime hate incidents”, or even a new offence of “harmful communications” on social media?

Both are an open invitation for vexatious complaints from the perpetually offended, always on the Left, and infinitely more likely to crush free speech than catch anyone genuinely dangerous.
