Esprit de Vie lodge two vertical tower plan for second retirement living venture in Gold Coast [Video]

Urban Planning Services had lodged the development application for Stephen Scotchmer’s second venture into retirement living with 57 apartments, with two- and three-bedrooms, across two towers of 21 and 20 storeys in Runaway Bay, Gold Coast, Queensland.

“The design embodies the concept of ‘The Spirit of Life’, with a focus on accommodating the ‘Later Living’,” states BDA Architecture in the application to City of Gold Coast.

“The project includes expansive communal facilities spread over two levels, designed to be the vibrant heart of the community. These amenities will feature a resident café, indoor/outdoor pool and spa, fully-equipped gym,treatment rooms, wellness area, and a versatile multipurpose room.

“A pedestrian spine will connect the two towers to the street frontage creating an activated ground plane and ensuring seamless access.
