England fan goes viral for her Mail Sport interview which attracts over 25 million views… as Three Lions supporters react to her wholesome message to Gareth Southgate [Video]

An England fan has gone viral on social media following an interview with Mail Sport after England’s 2-1 win over the Netherlands. 

The Three Lions made it to their second consecutive European Championship final on Wednesday night after second-half substitute Ollie Watkins scored a dramatic late winner to spark jubilant scenes of celebration in Dortmund.  

Gareth Southgate‘s men had fallen behind early in the match after Xavi Simons opened the scoring, but captain Harry Kane equalised from the penalty spot thanks to a controversial foul conceded by Denzel Dumfries.

And after the match, Mail Sport’s Aadam Patel interviewed sports presenter Jolie Sharpe, who delivered a message to Gareth Southgate. 

Asked what her reaction to Watkins’ goal was, she said: ‘I can’t actually remember, there was so much beer in my face but it was amazing, bring on the final!’
