Elliott Weir is the 12News Champion of the Week [Video]

PHOENIX — 12News is introducing you to our Champion of the Week!

17-year-old Elliott Weir is the epitome of all those things, constantly impacting the youth community, all while moving with his military family!

“I actually called Rachel and said no way this guy is 17,” Farrah said.

That’s because Elliott’s endless list of achievements equates to a lifetime of success.
