EAMONN Butterly has been ordered to pay the Stardust victims’ families’ legal costs for representation during his failed last-ditch High Court action.
The former Stardust manager had sought to prevent an inquest jury considering an unlawful killing verdict in relation to the 1981 nightclub fire.
