Duncannon’s New Year’s Eve sled drop canceled due to weather concerns [Video]

PERRY COUNTY, Pa. — A scheduled New Year’s Eve tradition in Perry County has been canceled due to impending weather. 

Duncannon Borough officials posted on Facebook that the impending weather made the cancelation of the sled drop necessary. 

“A lot of hard work goes into planning and organizing this event and no one is more disappointed than we are to have to make this decision,” officials wrote on Facebook.
