Dragon Age Dev On The Veilguard’s “Spicy” Romances: “You May Or May Not Wake Up In A Coffin” [Video]

BioWare recently shared more details on its upcoming fantasy-RPG Dragon Age: The Veilguard, which is set to launch on October 31. Among those details are some rather interesting comments from game director Corinne Busche regarding the game’s steamier scenes.

“We really did want to keep [the companions] relatable, more grounded,” Busche said in a recent interview with IGN. “Some of them are quite sensual, some of them are more physical, some are more romantic, some are more spicy.”

“You may or may not wake up in a coffin,” Busche added implying that getting up close and personal with certain companions may lead to one of them trying to murder you in your sleep. (Though fans of Baldur’s Gate 3‘s bloodthirsty warrior Lae’zel will likely find themselves right at home in this sort of situation.)
