The Tennis tournament has an over 2 million dollar economic impact on the Midland community.
MIDLAND, Mich. (WJRT) – Michigan’s largest professional tennis tournament has returned to Mid-Michigan.
The Dow Tennis Classic kicked off Sunday at the Greater Midland Tennis Center.
It’s the tournament’s 36th year, and it will once again attract the top female tennis players from around the world.
In addition to all of the action on the court, the Dow Tennis Classic continues to separate itself from other events on the tennis calendar.
A big part of the tournament is the School Outreach Program.
