MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – If you live in Alabama and plan to head to the polls Tuesday, here are some reminders on what you can and can’t do.
DO remember to bring a photo ID, like a driver’s license. Other acceptable forms of ID can be found here.
DON’T take pictures of voting equipment, somebody else’s ballot or poll workers inside of a precinct. Save your selfie with your “I voted” sticker for outside of the polls and submit it to FOX10tv.com or on the free FOX10 News app. We might show it on air and online.
DON’T campaign within 150 feet of a polling place or within 25 feet of a voter waiting in line.
DON’T talk to poll watchers.
DO show up at the polls before 7pm. Voting starts at 7am and ends at 7pm. You can’t get in line after the cutoff.
