Samuel Asare Akuamoah, the Deputy Chair of the National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE), has urged women not to undervalue themselves.
He said this during a town hall meeting for women within the Adansi North District, which was funded by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
The successful event, which included women from various communities, such as Dompoase, Fomena, and some other communities, was held on December 3rd, 2024, at the Methodist Church in Dompoase.
With a large number of career women in attendance, including some physically challenged persons, facilitators took turns encouraging women to pursue leadership roles, such as those in governance.
