WASHINGTON (CNN, KYMA/KECY) – Donald Trump will be sworn in as the 47th President of the United States on Monday, but there were major changes in planning over the last few days due to concerns about the winter weather in Washington D.C.
The ceremony will now take place indoors, and Trump says he “ordered” the inuaguration address and other speeches to be delivered in the Capitol Rotunda, adding that it will still “be a very beautiful expereince for all.”
