Dog Tries to Join Owner’s Workout: ‘Catchin’ the Zoomies’ [Video]

A rottweiler named Diesel has left social media viewers laughing over his antics while his owner was trying to work out.

In the hilarious video, shared on TikTok in June under the username @thesydneylauren_, the 75-pound dog can be seen interrupting his owner mid-workout, and trying to get involved too, before “catching the zoomies.” The dog is seen running back and forth across the room as his owner tries to get him out.

“POV you want to work out at home but you have a big puppy,” says a caption with the viral video.
