Diet Coke has unveiled a light-hearted campaign with new brand ambassador Jamie Dornan as the front man.
“This is my taste” showcases different ways to enjoy the fizzy drink, celebrating individual style. Dornan opens the 20-second hero film in a swimming pool. He says: “Different strokes for different folks.”
Directed by Bardia Zeinali through Anonymous, the film features a collection of expressive characters from festival-goers to fashionistas and chefs. The ad features the regular Diet Coke and the gold coloured caffeine-free variant.
Fashion and luxury creative agency Spring Studios developed the work in partnership with Exposure and Ogilvy.
Tara Byrnes, marketing manager for Diet Coke Great Britain, said: “The campaign represents an evolution in the iconicity of a Diet Coke break, recognising its importance for our audience, and celebrating it from a brief treat to a moment of passion and pride.”
