Vietnam veteran John Kriel usually gets his Novolin 70/30 FlexPen insulin to manage his Type 2 diabetes from the Milwaukee Veterans Affairs Hospital, but his wife said this month’s supply never came. “I called the pharmacist at the VA, and she looked it up, and she said ‘it’s on back order,'” his wife Nancy Kriel told WISN 12 News Monday.
