BARTLESVILLE, Okla. — Crews are tearing down the old Microtel hotel in Bartlesville near Highway 75 and Southport Drive.
Work is being done to open a new Patriot Hyundai dealership there.
FOX23 spoke with principal dealer Tatton Manning about what this new space will bring to the community.
“There’ll be a couple of people that relocate, but we think it’ll add about 40 jobs to Bartlesville,” Manning said. “So those’ll all be plus residents, plus people, plus taxes for Bartlesville, so we’re excited for that.”
Manning thinks they will fully move into the new building in 2026.
