Enniscorthy-based IT services provider Datapac has renewed its sponsorship with the National Opera House in Wexford with a four-year deal worth €150,000.
An estimated 2m people have been to the National Opera House, which was established in 2008 and is Ireland’s only custom-built opera house.
As the official IT sponsor, Datapac assists the National Opera House in rolling out its programme of events, including the Wexford Festival Opera, which welcomes visitors from more than 20 countries every year.
Ahead of signing the new deal, Datapac engaged with relevant stakeholders to gain a deeper understanding of their respective goals before designing and developing an “enhanced and future-proofed” technology infrastructure to meet their evolving needs.
The deal advances the National Opera House’s technology strategy to boost collaboration, communication, cybersecurity, and connectivity for the venue.
