Earlier this week, cybersecurity expert Connor Goodwolf showed 10TV data of victims from the Columbus City Prosecutor’s Office.
COLUMBUS, Ohio — DeShana Reid is still grieving the loss of her son, 23-year-old Nasier. He was shot and killed outside Jack’s Corner Pub in July 2023.
“He was funny, he was very good with impressions. He was a goofy-spirited person. He loved life. He loved his kids, family, friends,” she said.
Two people were charged with his murder. Now, the family is waiting for trial dates.
Deshana said when she heard about the cyberattack in Columbus, she had no idea that her son’s information could be affected.
“I had no idea victims and some cases were actually part of this breach. I’m thinking it was just city officials, workers. It’s disturbing,” she said.
