Daniela Illuminati has been appointed to the role of Senior Director for European Trust and Safety Operations by TELUS Digital Experience.
Her new role will see her managing teams across Europe from Dublin for a key tech client.
The company, which has offices in Cork, Dublin and Ballina, is a customer experience innovator that designs, builds and delivers next-gen digital solutions, including AI and content moderation, for global brands.
Formerly running operations for TELUS Digital in Dublin, Illuminati is experienced in leading both regional and global teams with extensive experience in the tech industry.
She worked for almost 10 years in Google Ireland, supporting the AdWords Services and Sales organisations, and in Facebook Ireland, leading the EMEA Intellectual Property Operations team.
