SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, Calif. — Multiple services for the San Joaquin County Superior Court remain offline as they try to address a cybersecurity incident from Wednesday.
In an update, the court said they were still experiencing connection issues impacting various services. It led to some people being rescheduled to a new date for remote court appearances.
As of Thursday, they’re still investigating the issues, but officials are pointing toward a cybersecurity incident they’re trying to resolve.
“We took immediate and proactive steps to contain the event, which included isolating our systems from the internet. As a result, part of our network remains offline,” court officials said in a news release.
There’ll be various manual workarounds in place in the meantime, however, some services will still be unavailable. Those include:
