Cybersecurity company Paradyn has announced it will create 20 jobs in Cork and Dublin over the next two years.
In that time, the Cork-based group expects revenues across its companies Paradyn and Vault365, the data back-up and recovery specialist, to grow from €9m to €13m.
New roles will be created in areas of cybersecurity, network services, and sales to help to group provide an enhanced services portfolio to customers in Ireland and the UK.
Paradyn anticipates rapid growth in demand for cybersecurity support, back-up and disaster recovery, and cyber framework consultancy over the next two years, driven by a lack of in-house cybersecurity resources among customers, an increasing focus on cybersecurity best practice, and requirements under the NIS2 Directive.
The company also expects to grow its customer base by 25% in the next two years, with a particular focus on enterprise, local government, and central government, and will expand to a 24/7 service.
