KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The Kansas City Crossroads Arts District tweeted that it is almost ready to form a Community Improvement District (CID).
The social media post stated that in the final section of forming a CID, organizers need in-person signatures from individual property owners.

A CID at the Crossroads would improve current conditions and make the area safer and cleaner, the group posted. Out of 245 people surveyed who are Stakeholders in the Crossroads, 65% of them want a CID. The top three services preferred were security, a tree-planting program and graffiti removal.
