The winds continued to ease this morning, building again this afternoon, with a secondary peak on Thursday. The Red Flag Warning for the inland and mountain communities has been extended until 8 p.m. Thursday. From 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, a high wind watch will impact the valleys and mountains.
