Crews battle fire on Niagara Street in Buffalo [Video]

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Niagara Street near Amherst Street closed Monday morning because of an early morning fire.

Officials say the fire happened just before 5:30a.m on the second floor of an occupied residential building.

The Red Cross is helping two people.

Damage is estimated at $95,000.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
