Registered dietitian nutritionists (RDNs), nutrition scientists, and other health professionals work with companies that represent the entire food industry, improving the lives of customers, employees and communities everywhere. They listen to consumer needs, support science-based messaging, and share a common goal to guide Americans of all ages and backgrounds to make and have access to safe, nutritious, enjoyable foods and beverages.   

Increasingly, registered dietitian nutritionists (RDNs) across the food industry hold strategic leadership positions, as noted in the Food Industry Contributions to Health & Well-being 2024 report.
