Couple tracks down hit-and-run driver [Video]

FOX 13’s Kylie Jones reports that a Hillsborough County couple tracked down the driver involved in a Nov. 8 hit-and-run on I-75 near Gibsonton Drive with the help of dash camera video and social media.
