HARTFORD, Conn. — The Connecticut Department of Revenue Services is showcasing its creative spirit in an attempt to modernize customer service and improve the taxpayer experience.
According to a release from the state, the department launched its new DRS eAssistant on Wednesday. The resource is available to all Connecticut taxpayers on the myconneCT homepage, where it can be found in the bottom right-hand corner.
