Community expo celebrates everything Shelby County [Video]

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Folks across Shelby County got the chance to celebrate the county from A to Z.

A Community expo was held on Saturday, August 17, at Benjamin L. Hooks Central Library.

The event was organized by the team behind a new Picture book for early readers called Shelby County A to Z; the book celebrates all things in Tennesee’s largest county.

In addition to free book giveaways, there was also free food and performances from Hattiloo Theater and New Ballet Ensemble.
