SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) – The Forest Park Civic Association hosted its annual Halloween party and parade on Saturday night.
The event kicked off from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Garfield Street Triangle, party-goers made sweet treats and won some prizes while participating in outdoor games and crafts.
Children and adults were encouraged to bring a carved or decorated pumpkin for the pumpkin contest and to wear their best costumes.
