MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – The National Maritime Museum of the Gulf of Mexico has partnered with the Mobile United Leadership Economic Team for an upcoming teacher appreciation event.

Come and Sea! Teacher Appreciation Celebration is taking place August 20, from 4 – 7 p.m. at the National Maritime Museum of the Gulf of Mexico. The event will celebrate teachers and their hard work and dedication, and will also offer resources, insights, and networking opportunities.

All educators are invited to attend the free event. Gift bags will be given to the first 50 teachers.
