Colorado Springs walk for Epilepsy Foundation [Video]

(COLORADO SPRINGS) –  The Epilepsy Foundation of Colorado & Wyoming is putting on a walk to end epilepsy at Memorial Park on Sept. 8 at 8 a.m.

Programs & Communication Manager Marissa Cardenas joined Loving Living Local host Nova to share all the details about the event that’s coming up next month.

The event is very important to the community because it is the biggest event in Colorado Springs for people of all ages to connect, educate, and empower.

Epilepsy is the most common neurological condition that affects one in 26 people. Organizers hope this event will help stop the stigma and make people more aware of the condition.

Registration is now open and live on the Epilepsy Foundation website.
