CLEVER, Mo. (KY3) – The Clever School District broke ground on some major projects for the school district Friday morning.
They’re extending the high school, upgrading the music room and weight room, and adding a Family and Consumer Sciences room.
They’re also expanding the elementary and middle school and enclosing the schoolyard. They say these improvements are crucial for their growing community.
The new improvements come from a no-tax-increase bond. Voters passed it in April. The $16 million bond extended the current tax levy another 19 years.
