Clean Power Hydrogen CEO Jonathan Duffy joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news about the company’s new license agreement with Lisheen H2 Energy Park Limited, known as Hidrigin. The collaboration includes a License Agreement granting Hidrigin the rights to manufacture up to 2GW of CPH2’s innovative MFE electrolyser technology over the next 20 years. Additionally, the agreement encompasses a Sales Contract for the immediate delivery of a 1MW MFE220 electrolyser unit by CPH2, marking a significant advancement in Ireland’s hydrogen infrastructure.
Under the License Agreement, the electrolysers built will be dedicated exclusively to Hidrigin and will not be sold to third parties. CPH2 will receive staged payments as project milestones are achieved, as well as revenue from component sales and a per-unit technology fee.
