NEENAH, Wis. (WBAY) – The City of Neenah announced its proposed 2025 city budget plan last month and the community could soon see a number of changes happening throughout the city.
The over $82 million budget plan is expected to fund several projects, such as employee support, computer and technology replacement, and more.
The biggest one is the reconstruction of South Commercial Street from Stanly Street to Winneconne Avenue.
“That’ll be reconstructing it from Stanley Street to Winneconne Avenue,” said the Director of Public Works for the City of Neenah, Jerry Kaiser. “It’s going to have a significant impact on the property owners and businesses along the way, but they’re going to have a very nice street.”
