City of Mobile appoints homeless outreach coordinator [Video]

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – The city of Mobile has added a new position — homeless outreach coordinator.

Kendell Young take on the role with the city after 15 years working with the local homeless community.

He and Curtis Graves, Mobile’s deputy director of public safety, Mobile sit down with FOX10′s Lenise Ligon to discuss the city’s initiative to address homelessness.
