City of Colorado Springs releases satisfaction survey results [Video]

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – The City of Colorado Springs released the results of a 2024 community satisfaction survey Wednesday morning.

The City said they gathered feedback from a representative sample of the community across Colorado Springs.

According to that survey, Colorado Springs residents said street maintenance, crime prevention, city park maintenance and an approach to managing homelessness.

The survey said Springs residents were most satisfied with snow removal on city streets, the number of city parks and the city’s support for local military and fire protection.

Overall, City residents were least satisfied with the city’s efforts to prevent crime and most satisfied with the quality of wildfire mitigation.
