Chilean youth hoping for energy cooperation between China and Chile [Video]

‌The 2024 G20 Summit was held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on November 18 and 19‌‌, themed “Building a Just World and a Sustainable Planet.”. Raquel Herrera, an international student from Chile, shared her thoughts and insights about the summit. Raquel is currently studying for her master’s degree in business administration (MBA) at Chongqing University in China. Living in China, she was deeply impressed by China’s development in the field of wind energy. From snowy plateaus to coastal cities, large wind turbines have been built and new breakthroughs have been achieved. Raquel hopes that Chile and China can strengthen cooperation in the field of wind energy so as to improve Chile’s wind turbines. Talking about the responsibility of youth in sustainable development, Raquel believes that the younger generation should put forward more innovative ideas in environmental protection and jointly discuss how to reduce pollution through technology and other topics.
